Ledger · The open ledger
Transparency Center is a ledger of facts: this website is a pre-launch preview, numbers in mocks are illustrative, licences are not invented here, and asset verification for RWA is documents plus registers — not a crypto-exchange “proof of reserves” meme unless that meme actually applies.

Crypto exchanges popularised PoR because customers left coins with the venue. Delvue’s RWA story is closer to funds and SPVs: you want title, audits, and a register, not a Merkle tree of a hot wallet. If we ever custody crypto-like balances, we will say so and pick a verification that matches.
Delvue Assets Namibia is building in Windhoek, a subsidiary of FenoLink Enterprises. This site collects waitlist and contact interest. Auth may work if Supabase is configured. You cannot invest here. Screens in Showcase are UI fiction with NAD flavour.
Fees in NAD. Conflict lists. Partner names. Valuation policies. Incident history that is not invented. System Status as ops, not as a marketing green dot.
If it looks like a dashboard, say it is a dashboard of fiction.
Offerings should come with files, not vibes.
Who holds the claim, in which system.
Title, valuation date, SPV still owns the thing.
No fake AUM, no fake user counts. We already stripped those.
If we overclaim, this page should get a dated fix.
Until a dated launch note.
Including N$ 248,930.
Disclosures, terms, privacy.
When an offering exists, files beat this page.
Because the mocks are convincing. People should know they are mocks.
Product-dependent. Funds and SPVs have different norms. We will not promise a live glass book on day one.
Contact. We would rather correct than defend a slogan.
Security Center, Compliance Center, Risk Center, legal pages.

Security Center
Security Center is the public fortress: encryption in transit and at rest, access, monitoring, and how a pre-launch company talks about custody without pretending to be a bank. The legal Security page remains the short policy. This is the longer desk.
Compliance Center
Compliance Center is numbered like a statute because investing in Namibia is a legal object: NAMFISA-facing processes, disclosures, KYC, and the difference between a marketing site and a licensed activity. We will not invent a licence on this page.
Real-World Assets
Real-world assets are the physical and contractual things underneath a token or a note. This page is an atlas: what we mean by RWA, how Namibia and SADC show up, and why a map is a better metaphor than a candlestick.
Join the waitlist if this page is why you showed up. We email when onboarding opens.
