Delvue Assets is a Namibian investment platform in the making — AI portfolios, direct indexing, and tokenized real-world assets. Born here. Not live. Not a hallucination with a logo.

Why we exist

Three chapters. No sunset stock photo.

01

The gap we actually see

Namibian and SADC households are asked to choose between a unit trust they cannot unpack, an offshore minimum they cannot meet, or sitting in cash while NAD inflation does the rest. That is not a “financial literacy” problem. It is a product-design problem.

02

A desk, not a slogan

Delvue is three engines under one account layer: an AI co-pilot that writes a short list, direct indexing so you own names, and tokenized real-world assets with a N$ 100 target ticket. The showcase is the honest preview. There is no live book to brag about.

03

Windhoek is the point

We are not a US template with an Africa filter. NAD statements, NSX and SADC hours, and a city we can walk. Delvue Assets is a subsidiary of FenoLink Enterprises. Expansion after Namibia is SADC — not a fake pan-African launch day.

Geography of the product

Namibia first. SADC as a map, not a moodboard.

Windhoek is the origin node. Walvis, Gaborone, Johannesburg, Lusaka, and Maputo sit on the same drawing as research inputs — not as fake offices. If a city is not on this graph, we have not opened there.

  • NAD as the home currency for balances and statements
  • NSX and regional tape before we pretend to be everywhere
  • Tokenized tickets aimed at SADC real assets, not casino coins

How we behave

Principles you can audit against the site.

Say what is mock

Screens, sample NAD balances, and drift notes are product fiction until accounts open. We would rather look unfinished than look live.

N$ 100 is a target

Entry is designed for first-time investors. It is not a deposit window today. Minima at launch will sit in legal docs, not in a hero metric.

Judgement stays human

AI ranks. You approve. We will not ship a mystic that empties cash because a model felt confident.

Local rails first

If the currency, custody story, and calendar are not Namibian, the product is not for Namibia. SADC is the map after Windhoek works.

Trust is a build

Encryption, audit trails, and custody patterns are being designed before money moves. We do not wear a licence we have not earned.

Several desks, one stack

Households, advisors, and institutions should share infrastructure — not get a thinner app with a prettier landing page.

Who it is for

Three doors. Same stack.

Households

A first book in NAD. Goals, cash floor, and a co-pilot that fits on a card. Waitlist now; funding later.

Continue

Advisors

A book grid, IPS, and drift queue that is not email. Built so a Windhoek practice can sit on the same rails.

Continue

Institutions

APIs, white-label intent, and an IC-shaped reading list. Conversation starts on the waitlist, not a fake RFP portal.

Continue

Cadence

A sequence, not a countdown clock.

01

Now

Design & waitlist

Showcase mocks, academy notes, honest legal pages. No client money on this site.

02

Next

Rails & custody

Funding paths, identity, and the boring documents that make a ticket real.

03

Then

First accounts

Waitlist hears first. Direct indexing and tokenized tickets open on the rules we publish — not before.

04

After

SADC, carefully

Neighbour markets when Namibia is not a slide. We will not fake a 16-country launch.

Parent

A subsidiary of FenoLink Enterprises.

Delvue is the investment-platform company. FenoLink is the parent. If you are doing diligence, start there, then read Legal, Disclosures, and the Transparency Center — not a press quote we invented.

Trust work

Security is a desk we are building — not a badge we rented.

Encryption, monitoring, and custody patterns belong in the product before the first NAD lands. We do not call ourselves regulated on a marketing page. Read the Security Center and Risk Center for the long form.

Straight answers

If you only read four things

Are you live?

No. Delvue Assets is in development in Windhoek. Join the waitlist. /register currently redirects there for the same reason.

Who owns Delvue?

Delvue Assets Namibia is a subsidiary of FenoLink Enterprises. That is the parent on the footer — not a silent offshore SPV we pretend is local.

Do you have a licence?

We will not claim NAMFISA or other authorisations we do not hold. Compliance and legal pages describe intent and disclosures. When licences exist, they will be named there — not as a badge on a sunset photo.

Why N$ 100?

Because the product is for people who cannot meet a Sandton or Dublin minimum. Small tickets still need the same custody and risk language as larger ones. That is the design bet.

Sit on the list. Not on a fake live book.
