Delvue · Human + machine
Investment Research is the magazine of the ecosystem: company, ETF, digital asset, and alternative notes with a shared template. AI can draft. Editors in Windhoek should still be able to kill a sentence. Buy buttons do not live here.
Every note should answer: what is it, what would have to be true, what breaks, what it does to a NAD book, and what we do not know. If a piece cannot say “we do not know,” it is marketing.
We will not pretend to cover every JSE name on day one. Coverage maps should look sparse and honest. Better ten good NSX-relevant notes than a scraped universe.
Research is the file. Insights is the argument. Journal is the essay. Same ecosystem, different tempo.
Research Desk19 Aug · NAD liquidity
Treasury issuance heavier this week. Retail sleeves should keep 8–12% cash until settlement windows clear.
Issuers you might actually hold, including thin names with liquidity warnings.
Wrappers unpacked: fees, look-through, what you do not own.
The register and the asset, separately.
Hold period in paragraph one.
Energy, logistics, consumer — as portfolios of ideas, not slogans.
Longer objects live on Research Reports.
Company, fund, tokenized, alt, theme.
If that section is missing, stop.
If it does not fit a job, it is entertainment.
This page should never be the ticket.
| Type | Depth | Danger |
|---|---|---|
| Company | Business + liquidity | Thin names, wide spreads |
| ETF | Look-through | Hidden geographic risk |
| Tokenized | Legal wrapper | Confusing the token for the mall |
| Theme | Basket logic | Slogan portfolios |
We will disclose when a listing or partner is involved. Assume marketing adjacency until policies are published.
We are not promising a Moody’s clone. Scenarios beat fake letter grades.
English first. Plain. Fredoka on the site does not mean the research is a toy.
Drafts possible. Client-facing notes should be editable by a human. See AI Investment Research.

AI Investment Research
AI Investment Research is the briefing machine: daily NAD notes, NSX context, SADC macro, and RWA pipeline in a desk layout. Sources should be visible. Opinions should be labelled. This is not a buy button wearing glasses.
Research Reports
Reports are the long objects: SADC energy, NAD liquidity seasons, tokenization legal maps. This page looks like a stack because a report is not a card. AI may help assemble exhibits. A human still owns the PDF.
Delvue Insights
Insights is where Delvue publishes arguments: market commentary, investment perspectives, leadership notes. It is slower than a daily brief and more opinionated than a research file. If we cannot date it and sign it, it does not belong here.
