This policy covers the marketing website, waitlist, and contact form. It does not yet cover a live investment account, because that product is not available.

What we collect
- Name and email if you join the waitlist or subscribe to insights
- Name, email, subject, and message if you use the contact form
- Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, user agent) via our hosting provider
We do not sell personal data. We do not run an investing account, so we do not collect KYC documents, bank details, or portfolio holdings on this site.
Why we use it
To answer questions, send launch updates you asked for, and improve the website. If you sign in with Google when that path is enabled, we receive the profile information Google shares for authentication.
Retention and your rights
Waitlist and contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for launch communications. Email info@delvue.fenolinkenterprises.com to access, correct, or delete your information.
